In my words
From the side of the classroom, I have learned to recognize the moment a question unlocks a stuck idea. I try to give students enough structure to move forward—and enough space to make the work their own.
What I did
- Managed the course’s daily operations and co-wrote bilingual teaching materials in Chinese and English.
- Guided student work through seminar-style, discussion-driven teaching, helping teams clarify their ideas and continue making progress.
- Taught foundational concepts in economics and entrepreneurship, connecting them to the ventures students were developing.
- Helped create a classroom in which students learned entrepreneurship by building, discussing, testing, and revising rather than only studying finished examples.
